2025 Toyota RAV4 Colors [See All Exterior & Interior Options]

The new 2025 Toyota RAV4 is here.

And Sloane Toyota of Glenside understands that looks will be a key factor in whether you buy this popular midsize SUV. As a result, we've put together a guide to the RAV4's exterior and interior colors.

The 2025 RAV4 offers 13 exterior colors (nine monotone, four two-tone): Army Green/Midnight Black Metallic roof, Blueprint, Cavalry Blue, Cavalry Blue/Midnight Black Metallic roof, Ice Cap, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Magnetic Gray Metallic/Midnight Black Metallic roof, Midnight Black Metallic, Ruby Flare Pearl, Silver Sky Metallic, Silver Sky Metallic/Midnight Black Metallic roof, Wind Chill Pearl, and Wind Chill Pearl/Midnight Black Metallic roof.

Exterior Paints by Trim Level

Army Green returns in 2025 as an exclusive paint for the Hybrid Woodland Edition trim. This olive-toned paint pairs with a Midnight Black Metallic roof for an extra $500. The name represents Toyota's support of the U.S. military, which includes offering $750 rebates to eligible personnel and members of their households.

The RAV4's two white colors, Ice Cap and Wind Chill Pearl, are produced differently. Ice Cap is a flat white paint, while Wind Chill Pearl features a three-stage process. The result is a shinier, more durable color. That's also why Wind Chill Pearl costs extra and isn't included as standard on lower trims.

Interior Colors and Materials

Inside, the 2025 Toyota RAV4 offers seven color/fabric combinations. Some are paired to go well with certain exterior colors, and others are ultra high-quality materials only available on certain trim levels.

The LE and Hybrid LE trim levels offer Black Fabric and Nutmeg Fabric interiors. Nutmeg is a warm orange, tan-like, color.

The XLE and Hybrid XLE trims come in either Black Fabric, Nutmeg Fabric, or Ash Fabric. Ash is a medium grey color.

Black Fabric is the Hybrid SE and Hybrid Woodland Edition's sole interior choices.

On the XLE Premium and Hybrid XLE Premium trims, SofTex® becomes available. SofTex® is a synthetic leather material (thermoplastic polyurethane). It's more durable, luxurious-feeling, and easier to clean than fabric. The material pairs with either Ash, Nutmeg, or Black. The RAV4's top trims (Limited and Hybrid Limited) have the same interior options.

The XSE trim's exclusive interior is Black Mixed Media. It features a combination of fabric and SofTex®. It's the only material available on the XSE.
